Ordering & Delivery
When do I need to place my order?
You need to place your hamper order by the 15th of the month in order for it to be despatched at the end of the month.
When will my hamper arrive?
Hampers are despatched on the last working day of the month and should arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
How are hampers delivered?
Hampers will be despatched by Royal Mail standard delivery.
Can I pick what goes in to my hamper?
In order for us to get the best value for money in each box, we try to keep the contents the same for all orders that month. We ensure there is a good variety and mix of contents that will help keep your pet happy and healthy.
What if my pet has allergies?
If your pet has a particular allergy then it’s best to contact us before subscribing and we will let you know if we will be able to accommodate your requirements. We try to ensure that all items in our hampers use natural food ingredients or toys that are made from safe and approved materials.
Can I order more contents from a hamper?
We’d be delighted if you want to order more items from a hamper, it means your pet has enjoyed it so much they’ve eaten them all, or the toys are so good they want more!! We keep our stock to a minimum and try to ensure we only buy in what we need to send out. So, if you want extra items then contact us as soon as you can and if we have stock left then you will be able to buy the items at the RRP.
How long will my subscription last?
Unlike other Pet Hampers businesses, we won’t charge you a higher rate for shorter commitments which just automatically renews at that higher rate. Instead, at Jammy Pet we just charge one low monthly fee regardless of whether you commit to 2 months or 24 months! Your subscription will automatically be taken from your Paypal account each month until you cancel.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We’d be sad to see you leave us, but understand that situations change and you might need to cancel your hamper subscription. If you need to cancel then contact us and we will explain the cancelation process to you, or you can go to Your Account and cancel your subscription from there. Please note that if you cancel after the processing date for that month then we won’t be able to cancel until the following month.
PayPal - Who is Total Mothership Ltd?
Jammy Pet is owned by The Mothership Group, who have the paypal account of Total Mothership Ltd. When your payment is being processed through PayPal you will see your payment being made to Total Mothership Ltd, or TOTALMOTHER. Don’t worry, your payment is for your Jammy Pet hamper.
Christmas Hampers & Competitions
What is the latest Christmas order date?
Due to Christmas delivery schedules set by Royal Mail we will be processing orders received up to the 17th December in order to fit with Royal Mails delivery date of 18th December for 2nd Class post. Order received after this will be processed but we won’t be able to promise they will arrive on time.
How are Christmas Hampers delivered?
Sadly not by Santapaws, but feel free to tell your JammyPet they are! All our hampers are actually delivered by Royal Mail 2nd Class post. The Royal Mail cut off date for Christmas delivery for 2nd Class post is 18th December. As they are delivered by standard delivery across the UK we are unable to guarantee delivery above standard Royal Mail T&Cs.
When will the Christmas competition results be announced?
We are running 2 competitions for all orders placed from now until the 17th December 2014.
1) Every single Hamper order placed will be put into a draw to win a £30 voucher at a Dog Groomers of your choice. The winner will be notified by email, and your preferred Dog Groomer will be contacted and a voucher will be purchased in your name. Vouchers will be subject to the Groomers T&Cs.
2) Every monthly subscription ordered from now until 17th December 2014 will receive their December 2015 hamper for FREE. Subscriptions must remain active from time of order until December 2015.
The lucky winners from both our competitions will be announced in the new year.
